We explored how to effectively introduce yoga to young students and maintain a peaceful classroom through doing so. Cooking in the Classroom
This past week our classroom had so much fun making their morning snack- baked sweet potato fries! We gathered on the carpet for morning group and waited patiently for the lesson to begin. We began by scrubbing the extra-large sweet potato. After that, the potato was washed and peeled. We then sliced the potato into thin strips, just like French fries. During the month of January, four new friends joined our class.
